Hi! I’m Gia! I’m a teenage Italian entrepreneur from Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. I started this business when I was 13 years old.
I make and sell Italian cookies called Pizzelle. In Italian, pizzelle translates to “round, flat & small”. The cookie originated in Abruzzo, Italy, where my family is from, and is known to be the world's oldest cookie. My cookies are traditional, yet reinvented with unique flavours!

MY SHORT STORY
I received a small single pizzelle press as Christmas gift and was hooked on the smells, taste and business possibilities!
Pizzelles have been in our family for decades and as a young female Italian entrepreneur, I want to preserve our Italian traditions AND add some new flair with tasty unique flavours along the way!
We still have 3 generations of our family making pizzelle today!

HOW LONG DO PIZZELLE STAY FRESH?
Generally, Pizzelle have a shelf life of a MINIMUM of 1 month if kept in closed container and a MINIMUM of 3 months in a freezer.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT PICK UP?
We will keep your purchase safe, dry stored and available at the front door for you. Please pick up at your scheduled pick up time.
WHICH INGREDIENTS ARE USED?
Pizzelle are made with eggs, flour, sugar, vegetable/canola oil, coconut oil, flavoured extracts and/or emulsions. Flavouring may contain nuts.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE FLAVOURS?
We generally change our flavours every 1-2 months.
To date, we've offered vanilla, cinnamon, peppermint, caramel, strawberry, hazelnut, coffee, chocolate, rootbeer, raspberry-rum, cherry, pistachio, maple and Puppy Pizzelle. Stay tuned for more!
